A free 20-minute call
Twenty minutes with one of our consultants to get to know each other. They'll ask about your business and what's on your mind with AI. The point isn't to solve anything on the call itself. It's to figure out together whether a longer, deeper session is the right next step, for either side.

A paid AI assessment
This is where your consultant goes deeper, if it's the right next step for you. A paid (£185 exc. VAT) 90-minute working session, plus the time they spend before and after, and you come away with a written view of where AI fits in your business, what to try first, and what to leave alone for now.

Project work, if you want it
If something bigger comes out of the assessment, your consultant can scope it, price it, and run it for you. You're working with the same person you've been speaking with all along, not getting handed off to someone new.
What we actually do
Where does AgentAya sit?
AI is moving fast and most business owners we speak to feel a bit lost about where to start. There's plenty of hype, and not much honest advice on what's worth your time.
That's the gap we sit in. Your consultant takes the time to understand how your business actually works: what tasks happen day to day, what gets in the way, where the same things keep eating people's time. Then they come back with a bespoke report of where AI genuinely makes a difference, with a small number of concrete opportunities and ideas, prioritised, so you know what's worth doing first and what you can leave for later.
If you want to take any of it further, your consultant can also run the work. Automating something admin-heavy that's been on the list for months, building a small AI agent that handles a specific job in the business, or getting better value out of tools you're already paying for. You stay with the same person who already knows your business.

We sit somewhere in between. We work with a small group of experienced people who've spent years running businesses or building things themselves, and we put them in front of you when you want a real conversation rather than a sales process.
Everything sits under AgentAya: we handle the contracts and the invoicing, and we hold the standards. Your consultant is the person you actually speak to and work with. We're the team behind them.

The first 20-minute call is free. The next step is usually our AI assessment, priced at £185 + VAT for a 90-minute session and a written summary covering where AI can help your business, what to do first, and what to skip. If a bigger piece of work comes out of that, your consultant will scope and price it with you directly. You'll always know the cost before agreeing to anything.
One of our consultants. They're the same person you'll work with if you decide to take things further, so the free call is also a chance to see if you click.
Fairly broad. Common starting points are automating admin-heavy or repetitive work, building small tools or agents that handle specific jobs in the business, and getting more out of the software you already pay for. We don't do generic IT consulting and we don't sell software.
For now we're focused on UK-based businesses. We'll be honest about whether we can help or point you somewhere that can.
The free call is usually within a few working days. The paid assessment can normally be booked in within a week of that.
